Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-Time Regular Employee

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the General Manager
  • Prepare G&A budget for the General Manager’s office
  • Manage K-C Nigeria Crisis Management Program and Social Responsibility Programmes
  • Handle Corporate Travel Administration for all management
  • Ensure accurate and confidential oral and written communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in Outlook, Power Point, and Excel
