CTO – London / Scale up – £180K-£200K Base + package
We are delighted to have partnered with an early stage Scale up firm who are scaling the business with a focus on the tech platform and therefore now looking to bring on a talented CTO/Founder who has experience growing teams, devising technical and architectural strategies, and defining wider road maps for the exec teams from a technical perspective.
As part of the Exec Board, you will bring a strong vision for the organization to inspire current and new teams, push boundaries, support and cultivate innovation and drive diversity of thought through all aspects of the technical products which is at the heart of what they do.
In a post pandemic world – the ability for businesses to build communities and share knowledge has become more powerful than ever. The CEO is a talented and successful entrepreneur who has fruitfully brought numerous ideas to the table and build them into well-known and well-liked businesses.
We are looking for:
- Prior CTO/VP level in a b2b or b2c tech arena
- Experience in a scaling business- taking a small unit to a strong performing key area of the organization
- Strong ability to inspire, collaborate and motivate colleagues
- Excellent communication skills – commercial acumen to support in future founding initiatives
- Ability to decide and act with pace
- Mission driven employee who embraces diversity, equity and inclusion and brings this to the forefront of any talent strategy
- Experience in Data heavy or mobile platform-based companies is a big plus!

This role is a hybrid position with flexibility however the culture of the company is built and cultivated in the office therefore it will be critical that the CTO can be in the office for key points in time.
