SGR, LLC is looking for an attorney to join their Family Law practice group based in northeastern Colorado with 0-5 years of experience. They are especially interested in applicants that have had previous exposure or interest in this field of law. The areas of expertise they are interested in include drafting legislation, administering and litigating all matters related to families, estate planning, probate administration and trust management – as well as legal assistance on marriage dissolutions and child custody/support issues. All candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado at the time of application. We are searching for someone who is passionate about litigation, skilled in research and composition, licensed in the state of Colorado, and can meet the salary range of $80,000 – $115,000. Currently, SGR is looking for a qualified billing clerk. The job involves working with the administrative office, compiling and managing firm billings, receipts, and a variety of other accounting tasks. Experience using law firm billing software, conducting conflict checks, and collecting receivables is preferred. Salary ranges from $36,000 to $50,000 per year, plus benefits and profit sharing.

Details of the position

General and miscellaneous office duties include scanning, mail pickup and delivery, making copies, preparing conference rooms for meetings and events, ordering and stocking supplies, keeping the office clean and organized, assisting with electronic file issues and billing issues and serving as a back-up receptionist.

The ability to multitask, organize work flow, and use time efficiently.

Amount of compensation

Part-time hourly work schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 20-25 hours per week.

Depending on experience, part-time hourly compensation ranges from $18 to $25.
