Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and students at all levels.
Proactive attitude towards identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
